Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of Sharing a Smile. Sharing a Smile will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of Sharing a Smile.
All event Fees are non-refundable and entry is non-transferable.
The Event may be recorded and videos, photographs and other recordings may be taken, where you may be captured participating in the Event. You agree to the publication of such photographs, videos, recordings, and/or likenesses of you.
You acknowledge and understand that the Event may be potentially hazardous and that participation in any Event is at your own risk. Therefore, Sharing a Smile cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries during the event.
Sharing a Smile accepts no responsibility for the loss of, theft, or damage to any property owned by or under the control of you which you bring to the Venue. You are solely and personally responsible for the safety of your belongings.
